Our mission- why Huggie was created
Huggie brand was created out of the need to combine comfort and functionality during all kinds of outdoor activities to support and encourage women to consciously take care of their health and achieve life satisfaction through physical activity and contact with nature.
Being 3 women of different ages with a wide range of experiences, we all at some point found ourselves in a situation where we felt we needed to slow down and take a little more care of our health, especially our mental health. Each of us had to give ourselves time to find out how to take care of ourselves in the way that would be most suitable for each of us. For Ola, the method that resonated with her the most turned out to be year-round, wild swimming and walking. Natalia gets her energy from running and high-intensity exercise and Asia likes to spend time in the garden, walking the dog or cycling. The thing, which we all found important and really helpful for each of us turned out to be the desire & need to spend time outdoors and in contact with nature.
Built by women for women
Our brand was created mainly for women and their needs in mind, although the need to consciously take care of your own health applies to everyone.
Knowing well that finding "time for yourself” by us, women often requires a lot of effort, we wanted to create a product that would allow us to effortlessly use those few free minutes we might have to leave the house, clear our heads, and move our bodies. Hence the idea of HUGGIE, a multifunctional, comfortable, practical coat that protects us from weather conditions that might otherwise stop us from leaving the house. Huggie will provide us with comfort while we get the courage to maybe break our habits and make health-promoting choices for ourselves.Go to the store
